Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a lovely view overlooking the river, but there were some cleanliness issues with a collection of dust in the room. The service was a bit lacking in attentiveness and the aesthetics could use some improvement. The location was great with fabulous river views, but the facilities need modernizing. The dining experience had a good variety of options but was also inconsistent with pricing.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were very nice and clean with a good selection of drinks available and lovely shampoos and soaps in the bathroom. However, the room could get stifling and noisy with the windows open. The service was excellent, very helpful and welcoming. The location was fabulous, just a short walk to the center and overlooking the river. The dining experience was very good with lots of choices, but the streaky fatty bacon was a downside. The facilities were great, especially the bar.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very big, located on the ground level, and impressively modern with a large bathroom. The view of the river from the room was stunning. The staff was truly helpful and lovely, although they seemed a bit unsympathetic when approached about a problem. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the town center with plenty of dining options. Unfortunately, the dining experience was not up to par, with some dishes being reheated and not edible. Overall, a great spot with a few drawbacks.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were perfect, clean, tidy, and comfortable. The service was very polite and helpful, though I wish there was more flexibility with the minimum nights stay policy. The location was ideal for exploring the town and surrounding area, with the added bonus of free parking. The dining experience, while a bit erratic, still offered fresh food for buffet lovers. Overall, a great value for money with some minor areas for improvement.
